Tasty homemade tortilla chippies (Taken with instagram)
made of corn meal, butter, water and salt. baked at 400 and devoured immediately
“power balls”
4 ripe bananas
1/4 cup coconut oil~melted
3 Tbs vanilla extract
4 cups almond meal
5 cups shredded coconut~ divided
2 cups quinoa flakes
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup agave
1 cup chocolate chips
-mash bananas, coconut oil, and vanilla together
-use your hands to mix in 4 cups of the shredded coconut, almond meal, quinoa flakes, and cinnamon
-add the agave and chocolate chips
- form into balls
-roll each ball in the remaining 1 cup of shredded coconut
-eat :)
*this recipe makes 35-50 balls!I want to make these, but need to go shopping for quinoa flakes and almond meal…
